Earth NA has 5 members, only two of which bother to post anymore. Austria's not open right now, but if inactives don't show up soon, I will open the RP to new nations. I'll give them a week.

Earth6 is a good earth if your population is over a billion or two...the new rules relate all land claims to populaton, and if you are under a billion the best you can get is maybe Tibet or a part of the US....I miss the old system.

Well, we don't have an Earth, but our regional land allocations are based on Earth - and when we begin our regional RP, we will effectively be doing an Earth RP. We have much land still available, including Austria and Hungary (Italy is claimed, but by an inactive nation, so you could grab it later).

I myself am looking for a relativly active Earth with China open (not all of it, just the provencies of Tibet, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guandong, Chongong, Hubai, and the Island of Hainan, and the two tiny nations of Nepal and Bhutan. I was orignally in control of these lands on Earth6, but due to recent restart, and implication of extreme and outrageous claim limits, I lost all of that land and will have to wait months and months before I can claim any land that was once part of it.
Also, what is the population growth rate of NS? If anyone knows, I would be very grearful...

Well, our region divides up land based on a world map. I, for example, am Pakistan and Bangladesh. But we haven't got out RP set up yet, so we couldn't really be said to be an Earth - which are generally non-regional anyway.

Ok, that sounds good actually. I'll talk to my region, but I'm not sure how many would be interested. If you do the forum, I'll post our map on there so you can see what we've claimed - although I doubt all our current claims would get involved.
