Hello, i am newer to this but i was wondering how to create a new region i have some friends on here and wanted to make one for all of us, i am very sorry if this has been addressed before i couln't find out how though... thank you :D

Click the "Move to a new region" link and there will be an option to create your own region. Click on that, follow the instructions, invite your friends and have fun! :)
