I have no idea where to put this, technical doesn't seem to be the right place, read the rules there. UN Forum is for resolution and debating, and Moderation isn't for this type of stuff.

So, heres Gameplay.

I'd like to ask about a rule here, if I were to propose a resolution. Who could I ask on this subject? I don't know if this kind of resolution proposal has been done before, and I just want someone to ask.

The UN forum is also for discussion on new proposals. I'd just post it in there, and the UN regulars will help you.

Yes it is Anagonia. In fact think of it from a RP point of view. Your basically just asking your fellow Ambassadors at the UN what they think of your prospective propsal.

Start it with the name of your proposal, or asking whether the topic is OK.
