I put a puppet nation in a region founded by some one else. Now only my nation is existant there. But I cannot figure out how to recreate the region! Can some one advice on this matter. Thanks

Move out of your region, and wait for the next server update (6:00 - 8:30 GMT) When it is deleted, recreate your region and move your puppet back in. You should now be the new founder of the region.
