Hi, forgive me if this is not the right place to put this.

I'm wondering how exactly you can determine the changeover time of another region??

Also, is there a specific amount of time you must reside in a region before being able to assume UN Delegacy?

Thanks

No.

How can I become a Regional Delegate?

Gain the support of other nations in your region. This is obtained via endorsements: once per day, the nation with the most endorsements in each region is appointed Regional Delegate.

You need at least 1 endorsement to become a Delegate.

The major update (which alters [UN] delegacy) starts at about 6:00 GMT, and completes somewhere around 8:30 GMT.
