Can someone please give me the page which allows you to have a peak at people's regional controls?
It would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You can't access Regional Control unless you're the founder or UN Delegate of a region.
If you are the UN Delegate, but you don't see a link, that means the Founder has disabled Regional Control access for UN delegates.
If you are the Founder...well...something really weird is going on.

everybody can see regional control, but only F and UN delegate can manage it.
