what can you do when ur a delagate? i know about proposals and resolutions, but are there any other cool things to do?

If the founder allows you to, you can access Regional Control, which means that you can ban nations from the region, edit the World Factbook Entry, and set or remove a regional password. If not, there's still the prestige.
