IMHO, it's not going to happen. Getting rid of the smileys from NS will probably get rid of them from Jolt itself. They aren't going to cater to NS like that.

No the headbang one in particular is handy for emphisis. maybe overuse should be moderated though as having loads in a post is annoying.

Spam/SPAM: Off-topic, irrelevant and multi-posts that clog the server. This includes posting lots of smilies which is known as Smilie Spam.

My personal opinion (which doesn't count for much!) is that the following ones should be banned and then leave the rest:

Only because they are for gratuitous violence and for no other reason are they here. There is way too much violence in the world as it is so why have smiley violence as well? I guess because no body cares anymore? :(
This is a sad sad world we live in, if that is so.

My opinion is that this smiley ----> :fluffle: should be the only one banned.
Reason
This one promotes underage sex between other smileys, which may lead to an influx of smiley teen pregnancy or S.T.D.’s (smiley transmitted disease). So in the best interested of smiley population control, that smiley should be removed.

In conclusion, no, certain smilies won't be banned from here unless you somehow convince Jolt that they don't need them. I'm locking this before it turns into a smilie fest.
