The empire of Vindalooland requires a flag. Unfortunaltly governt sped was spent on :mp5: :sniper: :gundge: and not graphic design corprations, as the emperor it makes me feel :headbang:
can any of my fellow naions
a) provide me with a simple flag making programe
b) make me a flag*
*themed on curry
