The Last Continent has been without a founder for at least 90 days. Can you refound it and make me the founder?

This belongs in Moderation, but the Mods will most likely say no anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

You need to refound the region yourself. If you have delegate access then its easier to eject everyone and then bring them back once the region is refounded. Otherwise start your own region.
