ICly, yes. (Some would call my country a theocracy, but they're wrong. :P )
I RP Syskeyia as a constitutional democratic republic where the vast majority of people are practicing orthodox Catholics. (Of which I am assued fo wanking, though nobody seems to mind when Knootoss RPs everybody in his country being pro-gay, pro-abortion, pro-euthanasia etc.)
Right now, I think my country's classified (offically) as an "Inoffensive Centrist Democracy."
