I believe the largest nation in the world is Praetor, which has 6.724 billion people.

There is no such thing as GDP per capita in an NS context. Although some nations use calculators - and I have no idea which nation has the largest GDP per capita on NSEconomy or Pipian or whatever - they are unofficial.

The largest Per Capita GDP I've personally seen is $46K. I have one puppet that is at $45K. Has anyone seen higher?
I've seen 49k, from TheSource (I think so).

The nation that has the largest GDP per capita on NSEconomy would presumably be a very large Anarchy with a Frightening Economy....and a World Benchmark Civil Rights, ranking. Most calculators factor in Civil Rights, and many punish for anything higher than World Benchmark.

As a matter of fact I have. One of my puppet nations, Lycia City, has a GDP per capita of $48,294.90. It has World Benchmark in Politial and Civil Rights and a Frightening economy.
