In my Region , WWSeti, we are been afflicted by a couple of nations and there puppets who are refusing to stay banned. The have spammed our boards twice now and we are our wits end. (the spamming has been reported).

We have banned their IP address's from our forum but they return with completely different addresses. We have also passworded our region until a post is made in the Offsite forum where we can check their IP. All to no avail.

Today they have threatened to make it impossible for us to recruit

Btw, so you are all aware, this is XXXXXXXX and XXXX is none other than XXXXX.

We have done this to prove to ourselves it could be done. Your new 'security' system is worthless. Plus, you completely forgot that XXXX gave me his nation when he left NS several months ago.

We will be back from time to time - unless, of course, you cut off all recruitment. After all, you have no way of knowing who is really who in this game.

Take your evidence and post it in Moderation.

If their IP keeps changing, though, it will be hard for the Mods to block him from the game.

You might just have to keep reporting the nations through the Getting Help page every time you identify one as a troll. Maybe after they delete enough of the troublemaker's nations, he will lose interest.

My second best piece of advice is this--eliminate your enemy by making him your friend. THat's what we have done in AMPW with our 'stalker'. We let his most current nation join and we are being sugar sweet to him. He so badly wants a nation in our region, we are letting him. THe spamming and trolling has stopped.
