YES! For the low price of just $4.99 a month you can be a member of the exclusive region Athar, run specifically by Czardas, Ruler of the Multiverse! This region includes multiple amenities such as a forum and an open UN Delegate position. In addition, all you need to join are the following system requirements:
- UN membership
- Logins at least 5 times per day
- A nation name starting with "Q" and not containing the letter "U" at all
- A good anti-virus program to block all the viruses that could potentially be downloaded onto your hard drive by moving to the region
