General Oblation Board

Bolvangar is a nice, tiny little area near the north pole that is rich in knowledge, specifically on dæmons.
However, due to the special nature of the General Oblation Board's studies (DO NOT ASK ABOUT DUST) we must ask that the region stays free of the UN and Lord Asriel.
The landscape is a beautiful mix of frozen lakes, mountains, glaciers, and forests. The natural resources include coal, dust, the aurora, a forbidden pathway to alternate universes, seals, and lumber. Hazards are extreme cold, cliff ghasts, armored bears, gyptian invasions, and witch attacks.
And finally, (out of character)... yes, I just finished the Golden Compass last night, and yes I am a fan of the series to ungodly nerdish proportions XD And I really don't give a damn whether or not anyone in the UN joins either xp
