This is a message from my school buddy and fellow NS member.

Do you like being active in regional politics, but the rest of the region doesn't seem to care? Then join NARP. The Nations Active in Regional Poitics is a region where everyone will be active in the region's affairs. The NARP community will contain up to 6 political parties, with each party breaking off into a "splinter region", so they can govern themselves as they please but still remain in the NARP circle. Each political party will appoint their leader (the Regional Delegate) and 2 other important figures.
Voting will be pretty simple. Any nation in a political party can propose a resolution to the 3 political figures. If they accept it, the region will vote whether the resolution will become law in their region or not. If it does, the party can choose to make it a community-wide law by having every nation in NARP vote on it.
That's about it! So if you like being active in regional politics, then the NARP community is waiting for you...
