i dont know if this has been brought up before, so if it has im sorry, but i think that it would be a good idea to have a 'reserve funds' section where there is the Civil Rights, Economy, and Political Freedoms sections are. Since many of the issues brought up talk about 'sure it might cost more' or 'the government is wasting our funds' there should be an indicator that is affected by how often you use money to solve a problem or take the funds out of another program. just a thought.

yeah but seeing as this would be included in the economy I guess its already there as if you do things incertain areas then it produces negative results in others

for example because I have gone for high spending in all areas I have 100% taxation
