Are founderless regions republics and the regions with founders monarchies?

Also the founderless regions which have elections are democratic republics and the one with no elections are dictatorial.

The same way the regions with founders and elections for the Delegate are Constitutional monarchies (when the founder gives regional control acces to the Delegate). The others are Absolute Monarchies.

What do you think?

Not exactly. Sometimes founderless regions can also be monarchies, as sometimes, the delegate expects UN nations to endorse him, and ejects UN nations that fail to do so. I oppose those kind of delegates. After all, nations should be able to decide who they want to endorse.

This kind of founderless regions I would call more like dictatorial republics... because the people do "vote" for the leader (if they want to stay there). (It would be silly for the people to be forced to vote for their monarch.)
