I recently rejoined the UN after a long absence from it. Since my name appeared on the UN screen saying I had joined, I suppose somebody saw it and telegrammed me a recruitment message. Now, keep in mind that I have been playing this game for almost 2 years and my current nation has 4.5 billion population and is founder of the region I reside in. I thought it was very rude and annoying for a nation to try to recruit and old and established nation for his region. I know it might not break any rules to try to recruit me, but I found annoying and inconsiderate. I believe that recruiting should be kept to younger or smaller nations that have not yet established themselves in the way that I and other older nations have. Does anyone agree or disagree with me?

I hate to be rude, but there's an extent to which anyone who puts 'Posts: 1 Billion' in their user display bit has pretty much anything coming to them. Beyond that, I personally don't think it's rude...why shouldn't large nations want to change regions once in a while? In your case you didn't, but I don't see the harm in asking.

yea the 1 billion thing is stupid and annoying

but i think you can think what you want but please dont send out angry telegrams with somthing like "your anoying and your ruining the game buzz off twit!" then your the one at fault. just politly refuse and put the nation on your ban list

Well, the reason I ask is because once, a long long time ago, I was a n00b and I personally tried to recruit an ancient player. I believe it was Qualchoura, but I am not sure. I got a return tg explaining that as he was obviously founder and delegate of a region and an older player that people like him should not be recruited. So, I took that message and have kept those principles at heart. I just consider it rude, annoying and noobish to send people tg's like that when they are of a certain stature.
