You can create your own language. A good way to start might be with an NSWiki (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) article on your language.

Gruenberg's beaten me to it. If you do create an NSWiki page, you could then put a link to it in your signature so everybody interested could seek it out.
You won't be alone. Qaaolchoura, the founder of the region I'm in, has his own phonics. There are lots of language geeks here.
(Just in case you're as unfamiliar with forums as I was when I started, you click on the underlined word "NSWiki" in Gruenberg's post to go there. See how little I knew? You're probably already an expert by comparison.)
I myself am a n00b and some told me that there was raidings on nationstates. Could some one please tell me more about this?

By 'raidings', you probably mean region crashing. This is where a group of UN nations move into a region and install their own delegate, thus gaining regional control. They may then password the region, and eject some members. In the most basic sense though, it remains the case that no one else can affect your nation in any way.

I just saw this when, well, doing a name search.
I never could do those on the old forums and I was kinda curious if anything would turn up.
I actually have much of the language developed, beyond the phonetics, though I'm not going to post the link publicly here, as what's up is unfinished, and I'm gonna revise some of it.
Also working on another language spoken in Qaaolchouraav, an isolate, and will derive several others from Qaaolchouraav. So yeah, considering this and that I'm taking a summer college course on linguistics at the moment, I'm probably an language geek.
New Genoa and Rejistania are also into conlangs, and a couple others I know work on them occasionally. Probably a lot of others I don't know.
Have #conlang on Esper, though it's mostly just NG and I, if anybody at all if you're interested.
Oh, and raiding is a type of invading, not a synonym. It's where you take the region, change the factbook, and pull out. Often you do this under the nose of a founder who leaves RC on. It can also be just taking the delegacy of a prestigious region and leaving. I recall that Cg tried to do this to Rep's region one time.
What Gruenberg described can be invading, but unless you tell everybody the password, unban any natives, and don't eject any more nations than you need to (never been to clear on who you can evict, I'd advise against doing it at all), it's griefing. There's an FAQ on invading somewhere in this forum, If I recall correctly.

I don't think I count as a "language geek", but here are some potentially helpful links I've collected while reading about conlangs:
