Hey, I know that I'm probably not the only one out there who is from NY state, but not the city.
*Warning, rant coming*
THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PLACE! JUST BECAUSE A CERTAIN NATION THAT I WILL NOT METION HAD TO GIVE THE COLONIE AND THE CITY THE SAME NAME DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE THE SAME! :headbang:

Yea, I'm also from Western New York. Buffalo area. But I again I already have a region as well. Unless you don't mind me makeing a second one that won't be a member of the UN.

Im originally from Upstate (Carmel, in Putnam County, near Brewster) I am now in Northeast PA. I already have a region though.
