I noticed that a lot of people have stats such as military forces, etc.

A long time ago, I saw a website that had all forms of statistics it generated based of certain informations about your nation.. But now, I can't find it. Does anyone remember this, or know of another one? Anyone know how people think up how many soldiers and whatnot they have?
