Greetings, Fellow Dictators.
I hail from the Elite and Prestigious Totalitarian Coalition, an International Conference of Dictators.
We exist by the Nine Eternal Truths, shown below.
If you are of a similar mindset, do join our Coalition. Our region may be of a small stature at the moment, but it is only with the participation of Dictatorships like yours that we may wield true clout in the United Nations, and the world.
---THE NINE ETNERNAL TRUTHS OF THE TOTALITARIAN COALITION--
We, the Nations that together comprise the Totalitarian Coalition believe that these Nine Eternal Truths are self evident, immutable, and absolute:
1. As dictators of our respective Nations, it is our Right and Duty to inflict as much Pain, Suffering, and Desolation upon our subjects as possible.
2. Subjects that participate in any venture of substantial economic gain, i.e, profits of above $50,000,000 (Fifty Million) a month, will have at least 30% (Thirty Percent) of their income seized and posessed by our Dictatorial Persons. In turn, they will be exempt from the Pain, Suffering, and Desolation mentioned in the First Truth.
3. Economic Gain is of far greater value that Social Equity, a worthless concept that has been abolished. Therefore, it is the firm belief of the Nations that together comprise the Totalitarian Coalition that the Rich will get Richer. We, the Nations of the Totalitarian Coalition staunchly support this phenomenon, and furthermore, applaud it. Capitalist expansion is greatly anticipated, as said Capitalists must adhere to Truth Two, resulting in the burgeoning worth of each Dictator's Personal Coffers.
4. As a by-product of Truth Three, it is with great pleasure that the Nations that together comprise the Totalitarian Council declare that the Poor must get Poorer. This, in turn, will provide endless hours of entertainment via the humiliation of homeless and starving subjects. These subjects may also be employed at a maximum wage of $0.01 (One Cent) per hour as experimental subjects, thereby bettering our Military Equipment. Clearly, Truth Four is of direct correlation to Truth One.
5. The Military Equipment mentioned in Truth Four must include Weapons of Mass Destruction of Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological natures.
6. In addition to advanced Military Equpiment, a standing Military of at least 5,000,000 (Five Million) persons must be maintained at all times. This will serve to keep Peace and Order within ones' own Nation, and to Intimidate Nations NOT of the Totalitarian Coalition.
7. Nations of the Totalitarian Coalition must, at all times, observe social decorum towards Fellow Nations (i.e, Nations of the Totalitarian Coalition). No Personal, Political, Economic, or Military Attacks may be launched at a Fellow Nation.
8. In the case that a Foreign Nation (i.e, a Nation NOT of the Totalitarian Coalition) should offend a Nation of the Totalitarian Coalition, it is the Duty of all Nations comprising the Totalitarian Coalition to band together and launch Personal, Political, Economic, and Military Attacks at the said Foreign Nation.
9. Finally, failure to adhere to these Truths will result in a Nation's eviction from the Totalitarian Coalition, being demoted from a Fellow Nation to a Foreign Nation, no longer under our Protection.
