Im sort of impatient but... you know... I sort of wonder... is a day actually real 24 hours? Because I would love to move this along faster since I cant go outside because my leg is freakin broken.

Under settings you can change how frequently you get new issues to deal with (the more new issues, the faster the old ones are resolved). The fastest is 2 issues per day. Other than that, yes, it does take awhile for legislations or dismissals to occur.
