Since I joined this site back in dec of 2003, some of the issues my nation was given dealt with science (for example: cloning, space exploration, archeology, etc). I was looking at the xml lately, and found that science is not a budget catagory.
I used to think that it would be under education till I realized that education would deal with teaching children stuff that has been around for ages where as science deals with making new discoveries and advancing technology.
So the question is, how come science isn't a budget category on the xml feed?

I suppose because "science" is far too broad a category to budget. Some science will go into defense; some into commerce; some into the environment; and so on.
