I've been sent telegrams from other regions about them offering positions and such to people if they join, and I was wondering how one goes about doing that, or even if it can be done... :confused:
I think it all fiction shizzle you write in your factbook. All silly role-playing (but fun). UN delegates however can be made by getting the most endorsements from other UN members within the region.
