i need help getting endorsements and getting people to move to my region, and what is a feeder region?
Endorsements can be got by endorsing others. They usually reciprocate.
To get people to move try recruitment. Use a puppet to send a Tg to nations that have just been created, or make a thread in Gameplay.
Feeder regions are regions where nations are created i.e the Pacifics. This is where you should send your puppet to recruit.

A puppet is another nation that you have also created, but don't use as your main nation. For example, my main nation is Euroslavia, and some of the other nations I use are Hainan and Carpathian States. I don't log on nearly as much on those two, as I do on Euroslavia. You can create as many puppets as you wish, but just make sure that you only have one nation in the UN (if you're ever interested).
