Not sure if this the right place....
.....but, what happen if the founder of a region ceases to exist for some reason? I am the current UN delegate and co-founder of a region, and the founder has not been on for 18 days. I know we have some time before he is deleted, so I am asking the question now.

Once the Founder nation is gone the Delegate automatically gets access to regional controls (if they don't already) - meaning factbook, ejections (slightly different rules for delegates than founders) and passwording. Any nation that becomes delegate gets this access so you have to look out for invaders to protect your region.
Yeah thanks for that. But I am sure that I read somewhere than new "founders" can be added in some cases, but I don't know how.

Only in very rare circumstances and completely at the moderators' discretion as far as I am aware. It is not a course of action to rely on I am afraid.
Oh well it was worth an ask. Lets just hope our esteemed founder comes back to us.
