Write this down somewhere, because I will not be posting this in the HQ again. And because it seems no one checks the forums, you might be in trouble when someone invades you and you do not even know how to defend yourself.

-Engaging in War-
The attacking nation must first gain permission to pass through all necessary nations in order to physically reach the nation it intends to attack.
-
Both parties then decide on the total duration of the war. This number must be greater than 4.
-
Starting on the first day after both nations declare war, their MP ratings are compared each day. The nation with the greater MP rating for that day, claims victory for that days battle. At the end of the predetermined number of days, the nation with the most daily victories, is the victor of the war.

-Rules of War-
a defending nation always recieves a (+2) modifier to its MP rating.
-
a conquering nation engaged in a revolution, is considered to be a defending nation.
-
a nation must always have it's MP rating divided evenly among all it's engagments.
-
Allying - Any nation may ally with any other nation to assist in that nation's battle. By allying, a nation divides it's MP rating evenly among all it's engagements and the nation it is assisting.
An allying nation must have permission from any necessary nations it must travel through, in order to physically reach the nation it intends to assist.

-Being Conquered-
a conquered nation may not vote on regional matters.
a conquered nation may not declare war on another nation.
a conquered nation is obliged to military servitude to the nation it was conquered by.
a conquered nation will always suffer a (-2) modifier to its MP rating.
a conquered nation may revolt to free themselves. (follow rules for engaging in war)
a conquered nation may obtain allies to assist in the revolution.

** a conquering nation which forces it's conquered nation into war with another nation, must treat the conquered nation as it's ally for the duration of the battle.

a conquered nation being forced into war with another nation by it's conquerer, does not count the battle with the other nation as an addistional engagement during a revolution.**
