Hi,


I was wondering if there was a place where you could go to view what the ratings literally mean for your economy, freedoms, etc. I mean some are pretty obvious, but then is frightening the worst your econ can get? Is unheard of the lowest freedom possible? Is Superb the best?

You get the idea. I just want to follow my country's rating more closely.
