Regardless of politics, economical preference, or militarical standing, the UCLR will gladly accept any region who can meet the very few requirements they need. One, the region wanting to join must have less than 9people in the region. Second, and last, they should be under 1 billion population (if you're not, it's alright, since will overlook some things). That's all you need to get into our region!
