I was wondering if anyone knew of any regions that are based upon the Roman Republic, and its system of government. I would also like to know about regions based upon the Roman Empire, or just the period of Rome in general. All help will be greatly appreciated.
Since no one else has taken the time to respond to your post, I will just mention that I have no knowledge of any such regions. Sorry, but I cant help you with that. Perhaps you could found a new region to meet the above requirements
Or maybe there is one and I just dont know about it..

You could try the region of Rome, but it's not very active. If you're looking for specific RP situations, eh... I've seen a few regions try it, but in most, activity died down after a bit.
