To those of which it concerns,
I urge all peace loving nations to join The Western Alliance of Peace. This is a Region devouted to peace and harmony for all who reside apon it. But I do caution those who may be having thoughts of ever going to war with any other nation. No war waging nation shall join the alliance and no war waging nation shall be allowed to stay. Any nation that is corruptful and synical will be banned from the region and the allies.
