If you are looking for a region why don't you take a look at The Dominion, we're a fairly old region but as of recently we've hit a decline in activity and we really need peopl eto get her up and running again. Don't let this drive you away though, we are very complete I guess you'd say, we have a system of regional government, we have our own forum, mIRC channel, and a news netword the DNN, for which we have a livejournal page.
