For too long our smallness has gone unnoticed. Now is the time to show the giant that is this world what we can do. I am recruiting small regions (ones with 10 or less people, preferably with populations under a billion) to join UCLR (United Countries of Lesser Regions). We chose this name because we knew others would want to join besides us three. It doesn't represent any of our names, but ALL of our countries. A name that is both neutral, and a strong symbol of the unity we share...

SO JOIN US, AS WE RISE UP FROM THE DEPTHS OF THE NATIONSTATES OCEAN AND SHOW THAT ANY REGION, THOSE WITH 60 AND THOSE WITH 6, CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

I would like to invite the to join our region. If you wish to not join our region directly than I would like to offer all the members of the UCLR a position in the Empire. If you accept to join the Empire and not the region you can keep your own regions but follow the government and laws of the entire Empire. This would be like a commonwealth. All regions in the Empire will be protected by the Emperial Military. All regions will have the ability to represent themselves in both the Council and the Board of Officials. If you have questions I will happily answer them.
If you do not want to take me up on my offer I understand but request that you offer others that come to you the same chance. If you do not take me up on my offer I wish you good luck and prosperity.

Well, thank you anyway, but I'm gonna pass. If you don't mind me saying, I think it's a little retarded to post a recruitment post on SOMEONE ELSE's recruitment thread. It does seem nice, though, so don't get down on yourself. If this doesn't work out, I would be happy to join you.

All right. I still hope that you consider joining the Empire once your region is togeather. Wait to respond to that up until the time where your region is organized.

How do you join? Do you move a puppet into the UCLR or move the whole region in? I have a tiny nation... only me (founder) and somebody else, so I might join the UCLR because my region isn't going anywhere...

If you would like to move from your region you are welcome at THE CAPITAL OF THE EMPIRE. If you would prefer to stay in your region and be a member in the Empire you can keep your region and telegram me telling me that what you wish to do. If you have more questions please telegram them to me.

What does that mean? This IS my recruitment thread. Unless... you don't mean the League of Small Regions bit, do you? I know about that, and it was wrong. And beleive me, I got chewed out by tons of people there on the thread and in telegrams. I got mine!
