I am the founder of a new vast region, with the majority of major cities being below ground and a fearsome military defense force above it, this is a region for those who are evil, psychotic and downright bad!

As a token of gratitude I will make the first person to enter the region my u.n. delegate, we will become powerful, with more and more members we can defeat many regions, our armies will march out and CONQUER!!!

I will be your first nation! THE MOST SERENE REPUBLIC OF KING ZACHARY THE 1ST! Just let me know how to enter! I cannot wait to be there and to have the resposibilities of a UN delegate!Thank you!

I would like to ask in which region you are speaking. I would also like to discuss the possibility of your region moving to THE CAPITAL OF THE EMPIRE or to enter the commonwealth of the Empire. If you just join the Empire it allows you to share the government and the military of the Empire. I would like for a response to be telegramed to me. Thank you.
