im looking for a region that has a small number of nations that are VERY active and are preferible in the modern-near future time periods.

i have no army (only a small armed police force that are basically a few regiments of ground infantry) so protection would be cool.

my nation is at present about to enter civil war as capitalists and religouse fanatics have put huge amounts of presure on the government.

'The Pacifist Greens Alliance' is perfect for you, we only have three nations as of yet but are active in mock UN regions created with our allies and also within our own and our allies governments. Our region has protection from 'The Anumist Alliance 2' and the 'Neo Socialist Alliance'.

The Forgotten Holy Realm is a very small region with 6 members

The United Imperial States only has 2 members so far (it just started yesterday). The nations are very high on defence spending, so you will get protection. Telegraph me for the password.
