Is it possible for someone to create their own region?
Yes; just click on the region you're currently in, go to move to a new region, and one of the available options is to create a region. It's a bit counter-intuitive, in my opinion, but it works. Also, if you want to be in a region with other nations, feel free to join my region, Eunomia.
