I forget I thought I read somewhere that new things open, like I get to pick a custom tittle before my nation, when I reach a population of 500 million. Also how do I submit issues? :confused:

At 500 million, an option appears in the "settings" tab on your nation page allowing a custom title (eg The Really Rather Big Nation of...). In addition your nation must have a population of at least 500 million before you can submit issues.
