The region New York City (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/29573/page=display_region) has now been refounded and is looking for players who want to get active in a new region. If you love all things New York, then you will love this region.
The forum is currently under construction, as the founder doesn't want to open it until Skins, flags, banners, Regional Gov and such are completed. Once it is, it's sure to have much for new members to do, as it will have Gaming threads, Government activity etc etc.
