i want to repeal a resolution, but i dont know how. apparently there is a repeal function, but im not sure where it is.

Click UN.
Click "[UN Resolutions Throughout History]".
Find the Resolution you don't like. At the bottom is a link titled "[Repeal this Resolution]". Click that.
