I have recently got 2 endorsements from the UN, the most in my region. What extra power does this give me, and how do i use it. I would also like to know how to propose new resolutions, as i believe that you need 2 endorsements to do so.

First of all, looking at some regional happenings, it seems to me you would be considered an invader delegate after obtaining delegacy, which will happen after the next update.

A UN delegate can eject, ban, unban, change the factbook, password the region, remove the password on a region, vote on resolutions and proposals.

Please keep in mind the rules for (invader)delegates.

Actually you can do all those things if the founder allows the delegate to have access to regional control, otherwise you're limited to just the last two.

The region's founder isn't in the region, which means regional controls are open for the delegate

Im still listed as a UN memeber, when will this change to delegate?
