Hahaha, now THAT is a funny joke....haha...oh sorry.
Nation States has long been known to bring out the...er....."creativity" of people. Some of this is incredibly hilarious, and my region would like to collect these nations and showcase them to the world.
The Region of Funny Guys is an incredibly funny region, and the government is just being set up. UN members are especialy wanted, but anyone is welcome, even the most unfunny of nations can come and stay.
