It seems like when the issues come up, the options given, are never really what I would do.
I end up dismissing half my issues because the "positions" are stupid.
Can you make your own decision?

No. The only options you can take are the ones given. Perhaps you should make your own issues. Alternatively, you could suggest new options for existing issues to the mods. I don't know if this is allowed, so you should find out before doing this.

Yes. I'm not sure of the exact process, but go to the "Nuts and Bolts" forums. From there, go to the "Got Issues?" forums. The sticky threads will tell you all you need to know.
