Hi.
My nation (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=western_chappell_heath), seems to be doing o.k. but there's one bit of it's profile that is baffling me.Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Gambling.Is there anything I can do about that? Or do I just have to accept it if I'm to stay a socialist state?
