How can i edit my budget
You can edit it however you'd like to. The calculator can't do that for you, but you can on your own terms. Many roleplayers create their own budget, rather than use one of the calculators. Of course though, it has to stay within the realms of realistic. You can compare your created one with the Third Geek budget.

as you reply to issues, your budget is redistributed to match. you can also get creative, like military-funded medical facilities.
