The region of Gondara is a developing one, open to any government of any economical status. It is slow to develop because no one replies to us. Plus, we want a regional delegate. As I am the only one with a UN status (but I'm still trying to confirm it; for some reason I'm not receiving the verification e-mail), we can't have a regional delegate. So if you want to join a start-from-scratch region and help create our government, please join Gondara. If you decide to, send me a telegram so I can give you the password. One thing, though. It would help if your relatively new to the game, so we prefer you have a population less than 500 million.
