My region, Strangers with Candy, is having a problem with spammers and recruiters. I want them dead :sniper: ... or deleted. Where do I get help for this?

What you want is the Getting Help page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help).
If I was you, I'd lay off the suggestions of "dead or deleted" and just relate the facts.
