I was reading someone else's country and realized something! Are we all getting identical issues? *maybe it's a silly question, but I haven't played long and am very confused*

Go to the Issues part of this forum. We don't get the same issues at the same time, but we get the same issues at different times. Of course some nations will recieving the same issues as others, but their are few issues to go arounf. But check out the Got Issues part fo this forum.

There is a limited number of issues available for people to get in the game. You can submit new issues to be judged and added, if you wish.
