Heres an idea as to further inhance this wonderfull game

I think every nation should have a "congress". Anyone can apply to join ones congress. The congress has 60% (standard) voting power on issues/bills (see rest of post) while you have 40% (standard) power if you have a congress. If there is someone whom you dont like that is on your congress you can try to remove him/her. There will be a vote. If 33% (standard) of congress aproves the removal the selected member will be removed. If 66% (standard) of the congress votes to remove him/her you may select to ban this member from applying to your congress. If you have one or less members in congress you may set the power of the congress on the above three issues. If you have two or more members you may propose a bill that changes the power of your congress on the above issues, or may reset the power to defult on any of the three catagories without consulting your congress. If your congress grows your all around stats will slightly grow as well. If you dont like the word "congress" you may choose a different name from a drop down menu. An example of an alternitive name would be "National Board". You may join as many congresses as you wish, and can be in someones congress while maning your own nation.

We have something similar to this. It's called a "region", and the votes are called "endorsements". We elect a leader called a "delegate" who then has the power to represent his constituency on issues known as "UN Proposals".
